Drone photos are included, not an upcharge
Every Luma Real Estate Media package, starting with Essentials (from $349), includes drone photos alongside HDR listing photos. You don't need to remember to add aerials at checkout, and you don't pay extra for them.
What aerial photos show buyers
- Lot size and shape: where the yard begins and ends, and how private it is.
- Location context: proximity to Lake Norman, greenways, schools, shopping or uptown Charlotte.
- Outdoor features: pools, docks, patios, outbuildings and long driveways that are hard to capture from the ground.
- The roof and setting: mature trees, a cul-de-sac position or a water view.
Drone video for higher-end listings

Turnaround
Drone photos are delivered the next day with your HDR listing photos, in the same gallery, so the whole set can go to the MLS at once. You preview watermarked versions, then pay to unlock the downloads; Pay at Close is available.
Weather
Drones and listing photos both need decent weather. If weather forces a reschedule, rescheduling is free. Other reschedules are $25, and cancellations are free until 48 hours before the shoot.
