Bungalows and infill next to South End
Wilmore is one of Charlotte's older neighborhoods, laid out in the early 1900s southwest of Uptown and today a local historic district. Its core is single-family bungalows with full-width front porches and Craftsman details, with cottages and small houses on the curving streets farther south, plus duplexes and newer infill. Wilmore sits right beside South End, so many homes are a short trip from breweries, restaurants and the Rail Trail while still feeling residential, with front porches that face the street.
Old house, new finishes
A lot of Wilmore listings are renovated bungalows: original exteriors and porches with updated kitchens, opened-up living areas and added bathrooms or upper floors inside. The photos have to sell both sides. The shoot starts outside with a clean, straight elevation of the porch and facade, then moves through the house so buyers can see how the original rooms connect to the new space. HDR keeps both the period trim and a bright modern kitchen correctly exposed. New infill homes, which tend to be taller and more open, get a shot list built around the main living level and any roof deck or upper-floor view.
Small lots, big context
Lots in older, close-in neighborhoods are usually compact, so outdoor space is precious: a back deck, a fenced yard, a detached garage or a parking pad all deserve a frame. Drone photos, included in every package, help buyers understand where the home sits relative to South End and Uptown. Wilmore is close to both and to the airport's controlled airspace, so drone flights are subject to airspace authorization.
Package guidance
For a renovated bungalow, Signature (from $649) is the usual pick: the 2D floor plan clarifies how an older footprint was reworked, and the social media reel helps the listing reach buyers already following South End. A smaller original bungalow or a duplex unit can list with Essentials (from $349). Larger new infill homes with rooftop terraces can step up to Luxury (from $1,295) for video, a 3D tour + floor plan and 3 virtual twilights.
See social reels and listing video. There's no trip fee for Wilmore, since it's inside Charlotte.
